Spikeball

2v2 · Beach / Park · Beginner friendly

  • 2 teams of 2 around a small net on the ground
  • Hit the ball into the net, opponent must return it
  • Max 3 touches per team before hitting the net
  • Point if ball hits ground or opponent can't return
  • First to 21 points wins (win by 2)
💡 Tip: Spikeball is 80% footwork. Focus on positioning, not power.

Teqball

1v1 or 2v2 · Table · Intermediate

  • Football on a curved table — no hands
  • Max 3 touches before returning (2v2: max 2)
  • Head, chest, thigh, foot — not same part twice in a row
  • 12 points per set, best of 3
  • No catching or stopping the ball
💡 Tip: Control is everything. Master the curve before power shots.

Beach Padel

2v2 · Beach · All levels

  • Padel on sand — same rules but barefoot, no walls
  • Ball can bounce once before hitting back
  • Serve must land in the diagonal box
  • Sets of 6 games, best of 3
💡 Tip: Sand slows everything. Stay close to the net and volley more.

Beach Tennis

2v2 · Beach · All levels

  • Tennis on sand with solid paddles (no strings)
  • Ball must NOT bounce — play it in the air
  • Tennis scoring: 15, 30, 40, game
  • Underarm serve only
  • Sets of 6 games, best of 3
💡 Tip: Master the lob. In the wind, a well-placed lob is almost impossible to return.

Kiteboarding

Solo · Beach / Sea · Advanced

  • A large kite powers you across water on a board
  • Ideal wind: 15-25 knots
  • Requires a certified instructor for beginners
  • Always check local wind and safety conditions
  • Use the kite bar to control direction and power
💡 Tip: Never go alone. Always have someone on the beach for safety.

Muay Thai

Solo / Partner · Gym · All levels

  • Thai boxing: fists, elbows, knees and shins
  • Training: shadow boxing, pads, bag work
  • On Playround: find partners for pad work sessions
  • Always wear hand wraps and gloves
  • Respect your partner — tap to signal stop
💡 Tip: Beginners — jab, cross, low kick. Technique first, power later.
